The discussion starts with the motion moved by the mover THAT THE HOUSE DO NOW ADJOURN . ' 6 चर्चा प्रस्तावक द्वारा यह प्रस्ताव पेश किए जाने पर आरंभ होती है ? कि सभा अब उपस्थित हो ? .

After the members and the minister have spoken , the mover may again speak exercising his right of reply . सदस्यों और मंत्री के बोल चूकने के पश्चात प्रस्तावक उत्तर देने के अपने अधिकार का प्रयोग करते हुए फिर बोल सकता है .

After the mover and the other members have spoken on the motion , the minister intervenes and at the end the mover has a right of reply . प्रस्ताव पर प्रस्तावक और अन्य सदस्यों के बोल चुकने के पश्चात मंत्री बोलता है और अंत में प्रस्तावक को चर्चा का उत्तर देने का अधिकार होता है .

The clause by clause consideration is often long and laborious as each clause is normally discussed separately and each amendment -LRB- except those withdrawn by the mover -RRB- is also to be discussed , adopted or rejected by the House . खंड वार विचार प्रायः लंबा और कठिन होता है क्योंकि प्रत्येक खंड पर साधारणतया अलग से चर्चा की जाती है और प्रत्येक संशोधन पर ( सिवाय ऐसे संशोधन के जो प्रस्तावक द्वारा वापस ले लिए गे हों ) भी चर्चा अलग से होती है और उसे सदन द्वारा अलग से स्वीकृत या अस्वीकृत किया जाता है .
