Under Order XLIII and rules of the Supreme Court rules , the Attorney General is also entitled to receive notice in a matter where the constitutionality of any of the provisions is challenged in the court . उच्चतम न्यायालय नियम के आदेश 43 तथा नियमों के अधीन , यदि इस न्यायालय में किसी उपबंध की संवैधानिकता को चुनौती दी जाती है तो महान्यायवादी को उसकी सूचना पाने का अधिकार है .
