Though the President of India is a constituent part of Parliament , he does not sit or participate in the discussions in either of the two Houses . यद्यपि भारत का राष्ट्रपति संसद का अंग होता है तथापि वह दोनों में से किसी भी सदन में न तो बैठता है न ही उसकी चर्चाओं में भाग लेता है .
