Procedure in Financial Matters The Budget : The President is required to cause to be laid before both Houses of Parliament in respect of each financial year a statement of the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Government . वित्तीय विषयों के संबंध में प्रक्रिया बजट : राष्ट्रपति से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष के संबंध में संसद के दोनों सदनों के समक्ष भारत सरकार की उस वर्ष के लिए अनुमानित प्राप्तियों तथा व्यय का विवरण रखवाएगा .
