These songs are sung by the Dom singers in the month of Chaitra -LRB- Sohi Rut -RRB- from door to door . ये गीतियां ' सोही रूप ' ( चैत्र मास ) में डोम जातीय गायको द्वारा-द्वारा पर जाकर गाई-सुनाई जाती है .

In a moment I became old and carried the burden of wisdom on my back , hawking truths from door to door . एक ही क्षण में बूढ़ा हो गया और बुद्धि का बोझ अपनी पीठ पर ढोता एक द्वार से दूसरे द्वार सत्य की हांक लगाता जा रहा थ .

Barring the tribal areas the people belonging to the Harijan caste -LRB- Dom -RRB- go from door to door in the village and sing the names of the month and other songs known as Dhoru . आदिम क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर सर्वत्र डोम जातीय लोग घर-घर जाकर नए मास का नाम तथा गीतियां ' ढोलरू ' सुनाते है .

At the Lohadi festival , the village boys act out the Haran Ka Swang and go dancing and singing from door to door . लोहडऋई पर्व पर गांवों में लडऋके ' हिरण का सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वांग ' निकालकर द्वार्रद्वार जाते अपने गीतों तथा नृतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यों द्वारा लोर्कमनोरंजन करते हैं .
