As originally constituted in 1833 the Judicial Com- mittee of Privy Council consisted of the Lord President , the Lord Chancellor , and such of the Councillors as held or had held certain high judicial offices . 1833 के मूल गठन के अनुसार प्रिवी काउंसिल की न्यायिक समिति में लार्ड प्रेसिडेंट , लार्ड चांसलर और ऐसे काउंसलर रहते थे जो उच्च न्यायिक पदों पर आसीन हों अथवा आसीन रह चुके हों .

To be appointed a High Court judge , a person must be a citizen of India with ten years ' service in a judicial office or ten years ' experience as a High Court advocate . उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति के लिए अनिवार्य है कि कोई व्यक्ति भारत का नागरिक हो , कम-से-कम दस वर्ष तक न्यायिक पद धारण कर चुका हो या दस वर्ष तक उच्च न्यायालय का अधिवक्ता रहा हो .

A person can be appointed as a ju-dicial member if -LRB- a -RRB- he/she has held a judicial office in the territory of India for at least 10 years or -LRB- b -RRB- he/she has been in practice as an advocate for at least 10 years . इसका न्यायिक सदस्य वह व्यक्ति नियुक़्त किया जा सकता है जो ( क ) भारत के राज़्य क्षेत्र में कम से कम दस वर्ष तक किसी न्यायिक पद पर रहा है या ( ख ) जो कम से कम दस वर्ष से अधिवक़्ता के रूप में कार्य कर रहा है .
