Even according to the present Congress policy it is our objective to nationalise key industries and key services and banking , etc . कांग्रेस की मौजूदा नीति के मुताबिक हमारा उद्देश्य बुनियादी उद्योगों , बुनियादी सेवाओं , बैंकों आदि का राष्ट्रीयकरण करना है .

Regarding other key industries , the majority were of opinion that they should be state-owned , but a substantial minority of the committee-considered that state control would be sufficient . दूसरे बुनियादी उद्योगों के सिलसिले में अधिकांश की यह राय थी कि सरकार उनकी मालिक रहे , लेकिन कमेटी के एक काफी बड़े अल्पमत की यह राय थी कि सरकार का उन पर नियंत्रण होना ही काफी होगा .

The Congress has laid down in its Karachi resolution on fundamental rights that the state shall own or control key industries and services , mineral resources , railways , waterways , shipping and other means of public transport . कांग्रेस ने बुनियादी अधिकारों के बारे में हुए कराची अधिवेशन में यह तय किया था कि बुनियादी उद्योगों और सेवाओं , खनिज संसाधनों , रेलवे , जलमार्गों , जहाजरानी और सार्वजनिक परिवहन के अन्य साधनों पर राज़्य की मिल्कियत और नियंत्रण होगा .

This scheme should provide for the development of heavy key industries , medium scale industries , and cottage industries . . .. ' But no planning could possibly ignore agriculture , which was the mainstay of the people ; equally important were the social services . इस स्कीम में बड़े बड़े बुनियादी उद्योगों , मझोले उद्योगों और कुटीर उद्योगों के विकास के लिए प्रबंध किया जाना चाहिए..लेकिन कोई भ योजनाखेती की अनदेखी नहीं कर सकती , जो जनता का सहारा है , इस तरह सामाजिक सेवाएं भी महत्वपूर्ण थीं .
