Unlike CEGAT , the Monopolies Commission , or the Consumer Redressal Commission , an appeal from the order of the Board lies to the High Court only on a question of law , and should be filed within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order . छैघाठ् , एकाधिकार आयोग , उपभोक़्ता परिवाद निवारण आयोग से Z भिन्न , इस बोर्ड के आदेश के विरुद्ध उच्च न्यायालय में केवल विधि के प्रश्न पर ही अपील की जा सकती है , जो आदेश प्राप्त होने की तारीख के 60 दिन के भीतर कर दी जानी चाहिए .
