However , where the law has given jurisdiction to determine a matter to specified tribunals only and determination of that matter by other tribunals is excluded , they cannot be referred to arbitration . जहां विधि ने किसी मामले के अवधारण की अधिकारिता केवल किन्हीं निर्दिष्ट अधिकरणों को प्रदान की हो और उन मामलों का अन्य अधिकरणों द्वारा अवधारण अपवर्जित हो वहां ऐसा मामला माध्यस्थम् के लिए नहीं सौपा जा सकता .

Proceedings in insolvency including the question whether or not a certain person should be declared insolvent , or matters regarding tenancy , the Rent Act , etc . cannot be referred to arbitration . दिवाले की कार्रवाई जिसमें इस बात का निर्णय करना सम्मिलित है कि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को दिवालिया घोषित किया जाए या नहीं , या अभिघृति , किराया अधिनियम आदि से संबंधित मामले भी माध्यस्थम् के लिए नहीं सौंपे जा सकते .
