Many offices of the Central Government are also located in these islands , which include the establishment of Defence , All India Radio , Civil Aviation , Military Engineering , Anthropology , Central Institute of Agricultural Research , Survey of India , Posts and Telegraphs , Inter State Wireless , Light House etc . केन्द्रीय सरकार के भी अनेक कार्यालय इन द्वीपों में खोले गये हैं , जिसमें रक्षा , आकाशवाणी , नागरिक उड्डयन , सैनिक इंजीनियरी सेवा , मानव विज्ञान , केन्द्रीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान , डाक-तार , अन्तर्राज्यीय बेतार , प्रकाश गृह आदि हैं .

Also , from 1992 important occasions like the presentation of the Railway Budget and the General Budget are being telecast live . Important speeches were also telecast from time to time and telefilms were being made of the entire proceedings for archival purposes and future use . From December 1994 the proceedings of the Houses of Parliament are being telecast/broadcast live . 1992 से रेल बजट तथा सामानऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य बजट की प्रसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-तुति जैसे महतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वपूर्ण अवसरों को भी दूरदर्शन पर प्रसारित किया जाता है तथा संग्रहालय के प्रयोजनों तथा भावी उपयोग के लिए समूची कार्यवाही की टेलीइऋलऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-में भी बनाऋ जा रही हैं . तथापि , दिसंबर , 1994 से संसद के दोनों सदनों की कार्यवाही का दूरदर्शन तथा आकाशवाणी पर सीधा प्रसारण किया जा रहा है .
