Afterwards this river that flows between the peaks of Kanchenjunga flows towards south for 90 kilometers where Soonkosi river from the west and Tamoor kosi river from the east joins it. इसके बाद एवरेस्ट के कंचनजंघा शिखरों के बीच से बहती हुई यह दक्षिण की ओर ९० किलोमीटर बहती है जहाँ पश्चिम से सूनकोसी तथा पूरब से तामूर कोसी नामक नदियाँ इसमें मिलती हैं।

The tonnage of solid wastes produced per annum all over the world is estimated to be about 10 billion tonnes , and all these wastes when piled together will form a mountain as high as Mount Everest . एक आकलन के अनुसार विश्व भर में प्रतिवर्ष लगभग 10 अरब टन ठोस कचरा निकलता है , और यदि इतने सारे कचरे का एक जगह पर ढेर लगा दिया जाये तो एवरेस्ट पर्वत जितनी ऊंचाई का पहाड़ बन जाएगा .
