He advocated that the Congress should take up the organisation of labour directly and also that worn- , en , youth and students should have organisations of their own to advance their own cause and that of the country as a whole . The Nehru Committee had been able to settle the communal question with limited success . But , its recommendation on Dominion Status was not acceptable to Jawaharlal , Subhas Chandra and other younger left nationalists . उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस को श्रमिक संगठन में सीधे उतर पडना चाहिएः और अपने अपने सामुदायिक एवं राष्ट्रीय लक्ष्यों को सामने महिलाओं , युवाओं तथा विद्यार्थियों को अपने अपने सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वाधीन संगठन बनाने चाहिए . नेहर्रूसमिति को सांप्रदायिक समसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-या के समाधान में तो आंशिक सफलता मिल गयी , लेकिन डोमिनियन सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-टेटस की बाबत उसकी सिफारिशें जवाहरलाल , सुभाष चनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-द्र तथा अनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य युवा वामपंथी राषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट्रवादियों को मंजूर नहीं थीं .
