(B) As per article 368- During the amendement bill the number votes should be 2/3 of member present in the house, which should also be the majority of the total number of member of the house (273 members in the Lokshabha), with this majority bill can be passed for constitutional amendment, removal of Judges from post, imposing national emergency and demand for establishment or dissolution of Vidhan Parishad by State legislative assembly. [ख] अनु 368 के अनुसार - संशोधन बिल सदन के उपस्थित तथा सदन मे मत देने वालो के 2/3 संख्या जो कि सदन के कुल सदस्य संख्या का भी बहुमत हो [लोकसभा मे 273 सदस्य]इस बहुमत से संविधान संशोधन न्यायधीशॉ को पद से हटाना तथा राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल लगाना राज्य विधान सभा द्वारा विधान परिषद की स्थापना अथवा विच्छेदन की मांंग के प्रस्ताव पारित किये जाते है

To ensure the independence of this office from the executive government of the day , it has been provided that the Comptroller and Auditor- General shall not be removed from his office except on grounds of proved misbehaviour or incapacity , on an address passed by each of the two Houses of Parliament by two-thirds majority of those present and voting and a majority of the total membership of each House being presented to the President in the same manner as applicable to the judges of the Supreme Court under article 124 -LRB- 4 -RRB- . प्रवर्तमान कार्यपालिका शासन से इस पद की स्वतंत्रता को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके , इसके लिए उपबंध किया गया है कि नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक को उसके पद से तभी हटाया जा सकेगा जब सिद्ध कदाचार या असमर्थता के आधार पर संसद के प्रत्येक सदन द्वारा , उस सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या के बहुमत द्वारा तथा उस सदन के उपस्थित और मत देने वाले सदस्यों के दो तिहाई बहुमत द्वारा पारित समावेदन राष्ट्रपति के समक्ष उसी रीति से प्रस्तुत किया जाए जो अनुच्छेद 124 ( 4 ) के अधीन उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों पर लागू होती है .
