Thus it was necessary for the judge to proceed with the case , firstly , because the charges were of a serious character , and secondly , in public interest it was desirable that the charges should be fully investigated . अतः न्यायाधश के लिए मुकदमा आगे चलाना जरूरी था , क़्योंकि पहले Zतो ये अभियोग बहुत गंभीर Zथे , दूसरे जनहित में यह वांछनीय था कि अभियोंगों की पूरी जांच पड़ताल की जाए .
