Another interesting feature of this ruined temple within the fort is the elaborate freestanding toranas marking the entrances . गढ़ के भीतरक इन भग़्नावशेष मंदिर की एक अन्य रोचक विशेषता मुक़्त रूप से खड़े अलंकृत तोरण हैं , तो प्रवेश स्थलों के सूचक हैं .

This temple complex had only two entrances , a gopura -LRB- now shattered -RRB- on the east and a plain double-storeyed torana gate on the north . इस मंदिर के केवल दो प्रवेश हैं-एक गोपुर ( अब खंडहर मात्र ) जो पूर्व में हैं और एक सादा दुमंजिला तोरण द्वार उत्तर दिशा में हैं .

The devakoshtha niches accommodated between pilasters cantoning the relieved bays have varied sculptures set inside for kuta , panjara or torana frames . उभार वाले खंडों के भित्तिस्तंभों के बीच बने देवकोंष्ठ ताकों में कूट , पंजर या तोरण चौखटों के भीतर विभिन्न शिल्पाकृतियां हैं .

The entrances of the porches , the antarala and the shrine chamber are framed by elaborately carved over-doors , with elegant makara torana lintels on top . ड्यौढ़ियों के , अतंराल के और मंदिर कक्षों के प्रवेश पर विशद रूप से उत्कीर्णित द्वार चौखटें हैं , जो शीर्ष पर मकर तोरण शहतीर युक़्त हैं .

Its adhishthana and wall are likewise relieved , the larger bays in the middle of the north , east and south sides being sala patterns , with a false door inside a stambha torana front with a makara arch on top . उत्तर , पूर्व और दक्षिण दिशाओं में मध्य के बड़े खंड शाला प्रकार हैं जिनमें मकर मेहराब वाले स्तंभ तोरण के भीतर छदम द्वार है .

The main doorway is framed by a fine torana as also the three devakoshthas which also enshrine standing relief sculptures of Durga on the three side walls . मुख़्य द्वार पर एक परिष्कृत तोरण है और तीन पार्श्व दीवारों पर भी तोरणों से आवेष्टित तीन देवकोष्ठों में खड़ी हुई दुर्गा की उकेरी हुई आकृतियां हैं .

The torana idea is , however , not lost ; the motif is applied to many niches and entrances on the body of the vimana or the gopura and are known as bhitti tomnas . फिर भी तोरण का विचार समाप्त नहीं हुआ ; उसका अभिप्राय विमान या गोपुर की दीवारों पर अनेक ताकों और प्रवेशों पर लागू किया गया और उन्हें भित्ति तोरण कहा गया .

A similar bas-relief miniature of an ekatala vimana of a hexagonal section from base to apex is depicted inside the front sikhara arch -LRB- torana mukhapatti -RRB- of the apsidal Nakula-Sahadeva ratha . आधार से शिखर तक छह खंडों वाले एकतल विमान की एक ऐसी ही लघु नक़्काशी अर्धगोलाकार नकुल सहदेव रथ की शिखर मेहराब ( तोरण ) मुखपट्टी के भीतर की और चित्रित की गई है .

The bahya bhitti right round exhibits a series of pilasters with capitals complete and the interspaces between the pairs of pilasters accommodate niches , of the devakoshtha or torana type . बाह्य भित्ति के दाएं घुमाव पर संपूर्ण शीर्षों युक़्त भित्तिस्तंभों की एक श्रृंखला है और भित्तिस्तंभों की जोZड़ियों के बीच के खाली स्थानों पर देवकोष्ठ या तोरण प्रकार के ताक हैं .
