In response to these requests an autonomous body called the ' Indian Parliamentary Group ' was set up . ऐसे अनुरोध किये जाने पर “ भारतीय संसदीय ग्रुप ” नामक एक स्वायत्त निकाय स्थापित किया गया .

What Badruddin wantedand finally got , was an elected body with responsibility and authority . बदरूद्दीन जो चाहते थे और जो उन्होंने आखिरकार हासिल भी किया वो था उत्तरदायित्व और अधिकार संपन्न निर्वाचित निकाय का गठन .

It follows , therefore , that the national authority which plans must also have full power to give effect to its planning . इसका मतलब यह हुआ कि जो निकाय राष्ट्रीय विकास योजना बनाती है , उसे अपनी बनायी योजना को कार्यान्वित करने का पूरा अधिकार होना चाहिए .

The Council of State was to be a permament body not subject to dissolution , but one-third of its members were to retire every third year . कौंसिल आफ स्टेट एक स्थायी निकाय होगा जिसे भंग नहीं किया जा सकेगा परंतु उसके एक-तिहाई सदस्य हर तीसरे वर्ष सेवानिवृत्त हो जाएंगे .

Also , the Commission was required to act as a body taking decisions unanimously or by majority . इसके अतिरिक़्त , आयोग से अपेक्षा की गई थी कि वह एक निकाय के रूप में कार्य कर तथा जो भी निर्णय ले सर्वसम्मति से ले या यदि ऐसा न हो पाए तो बहुमत के आधार पर ले .

The Council of Ministers may in a sense be described as the grand executive committee of Parliament charged with the responsibility of governance on behalf of the parent body . मंत्रिपरिषद को एक प्रकार से संसद की ऐसी विराट कार्यपालिका समिति कहा जा सकता है जिसे मूल निकाय की ओर से प्रशासन का प्रभार सौंपा गया हो .

The President may take all other steps that may be necessary including suspension of the operation of any constitutional provisions relating to any body or authority in the State except the High Courts . उसमें उच्च न्यायालयों के सिवाय राज्य के किसी निकाय या प्राधिकारी से संबद्ध किन्हीं संवैधानिक उपबंधों का निलंबन भी शामिल है .

These bodies are not litigants and do not have the choice of keeping away from the court like private parties in ordinary litigations who opt to go ex parte . ये निकाय वादकारी नहीं हैं और इनके सामने यह विकल्प नहीं है कि वे साधारण वादों में निजी पक्षों की तरह न्यायालय में उपस्थित न होने का रास्ता चुन लें .
