When he meets the eternal spirit in all objects , then he is emancipated , for then he discovers the fullest significance of the world into which he is born , then he finds himself in perfect truth , and his harmony with the All is established . ” जिसकी दीवारें उस शत्रुवत् मालूम पड़ती है जब वह सभी वस्तुओं से अनंत भावना से मिलता है , तब वह मुक़्त होता है , क़्योकिं तब उसे संसार , जिसमें वह पैदा हुआ है , उसका पूरा महत्व उसे ज्ञात होता है , तब वह अपने को पूर्ण सत्य की स्थिति मे पाता है और उसके साथ उसका सामंजस्य स्थापित को जाता है . ”

In spite of the great poverty of the worker and the fear born of slavery that possesses him and makes it difficult to organise him , in spite of political difficulties which a foreign government is ever placing in his way , in spite of the preoccupation of the country as a whole with the national struggle , there has developed rapidly a class-conscious and militant and aggressive spirit in the Indian worker . हिंदुस्तान में मजदूरों में वर्ग चेतना , उग्र भावना और संघर्ष करने की प्रव्Qत्ति तेजी से आ रही है.यह इस बात के बावजूद हो रहा है कि हमारे मजदूर बेहद गरीब हैं , गुलामी की वजह से पैदा हुआ डर उनके सिर पर सवार है और इस वजह से उनका आपस में संगठित होना मुश्किल है , विदशी हुकूमत उनके रास्ते में हमेशा अड़चनें डालती रहती है और सारा मुल्क आजादी की लहर में बह रहा है .
