Each Bill undergoes three readings in each House , i.e . First Reading , Second Reading , and Third Reading . प्रत्येक विधेयक के प्रत्येक सदन में तीन वाचन होते हैं , अर्थात प्रथम वाचन , द्वितीय वाचन और तृतीय वाचन .

In order to watch the implementation of such assurances each of the Houses of Parliament has constituted a Committee on Government Assurances . ऐसे आश्वासनों की क्रियान्विति पर निगरानी रखने के लिए संसद के प्रत्येक सदन में सरकारी आश्वासनों संबंधी समिति गठित की गई है .

A discussion on the President 's Address is held in both the Houses on a Motion of Thanks proposed by a member of the respective House and seconded by another member . प्रत्येक सदन में किसी एक सदस्य द्वारा प्रस्तावित और दूसरे सदस्य द्वारा समर्थित धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर दोनों सदनों में राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर चर्चा होती है .

To ensure an effective and continuous check on a possible abuse of such power by the administration each House of Parliament has its own Committee on Subordinate Legislation . यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि प्रशासन द्वारा ऐसी शक्ति के दुरुपयोग की संभावना पर प्रभावी एवं निरंतर रोक रहे , सदन के प्रत्येक सदन की अपनी अधीनस्थ विधान संबंधी समिति है .

The Presiding Officer of either House may , however , permit any member who cannot adequately express himself in Hindi or English to address the House in his mother tongue . लेकिन प्रत्येक सदन का पीठासीन अधिकारी किसी सदस्य को , जो हिंदी या अंग्रेजी में पर्याप्त अभिव्यक्ति नहीं कर सकता है , उसकी मातृभाषा में सदन को संबोधित करने की अनुज्ञा दे सकेगा .
