That viewing with concern that development work in different fields is not keeping pace with the urges of the nation due to administrative delays in their implementation , this House recommends to the Government , the setting up of a national statutory monitoring body to constantly watch the progress of the different developmental activities at all levels , locate the factors hampering progress and suggest immediate and remedial measures where any projects are held up and delayed . ? इस बात से चिंतित होते हुए कि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्य क्रियान्वयन में प्रशासनिक विलंब के कारण राष्ट्र की आकांक्षाओं के अनुकूल आगे नहीं बढ़ रहा है , यह सभा सरकार से सिफारिश करती है कि वह सभी स्तरों पर विभिन्न विकास कार्यों की प्रगति पर बराबर निगरानी रखने , प्रगति में बाधक तत्वों का पता लगाने और जहां कोई परियोजनाएं रुकी हुई हों ओर उनमें विलंब हो रहा हो वहां तुरंत उपचारात्म उपायों का सुझाव देने के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय सांविधिक निगरानी निकाय की स्थापना करे ? .
