In other words , I shall endeavour to unite and strengthen those ” elements in the Congress which have already realised that national freedom is but a riecessary stage on the road to a greater freedom . दूसरे राब्दों में मैं प्रयत्न करूंगा कि कांग्रेस के उन तत्वों को आपस में मिला सकूं तथा सुदृढ़ बना सकूं जो यह समझ चुके है है कि राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्रता और बड़ी स्वतंत्रता के मार्ग का एक अनिवार्य मुकाम है .
