The brief point here , however , is that there can be difference of opinion in regard to whether Indian polity is federal , unitary or quasi-federal or it is a polity which is unitary in spirit but federal in structure . परन्तु संक्षेप में यह कहा जा सकता है कि इस बारे में मतभेद है कि कया भारतीय राजनीतिक व्यवस्था संघीय स्वरूप है , एकात्मक है या अर्द्धसंघीय है या कि यह एक ऐसी राजनीतिक व्यवस्था है जो भावना से तो एकात्मक है परन्तु जिसका ढांचा संघीय स्वरूप का है .

According to the judgment , to put the matter in its extreme form , a Prince called Kropotkin might conceivably be kidnapped by Russian agents in collusion with British police and without the knowledge or consent of the British Government and no rule of International Law could be invoked for his restoration . इस निर्णय के अनुसार अगर दूर तक जाया जाए तो यह कहा जा सकता है कि प्रिंस क्रोपोतकिन को , रूसी एजेंट ब्रिटिश पुलिस के साथ मिलीभगत करके अपहृत कर सकते हैं , वह भी ब्रिटिश सरकार की सहमति के बगैर और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के किसी भी नियम द्वारा उन्हें छुड़ाया नहीं जा सकता .

In short , forests protect our environment , maintain the ecological balance , reduce pollution and noise levels , protect land from erosion caused due to rains and storms , prevent formation of sand dunes and deserts , add to the aesthetic value of the landscape and help tide over our energy problems . संक्षेप में यह कहा जा सकता है कि वन हमारे पर्यावरण की रक्षा करते हैं , पारिस्थितिक संतुलन को बनाए रखते हैं , प्रदूषण तथा शोर को घटाते हैं , आंधी और बरसात से होने वाले भूक्षरण को रोकते हैं , बालू को एक जगह जमा होने देने तथा रेगिस्तान बनने से रोकते हैं , धरती को अधिक सुंदर और आकर्षक बनाते हैं तथा ऊर्जा की समस्या को हल करने में सहायक होते हैं .

One can say that the phrase ' justice delayed is justice denied ' -LRB- which is the state of affairs today -RRB- was not applicable to the administration of justice in the Mughal period even from the testimony of foreign travellers and contemporary Indian historians , because in that period , cases were decided quickly and executions were . carried out without delay chronic delays in execution of sentence and decrees are found today and if possible on the spot . यह कहा जा सकता है कि न्याय में विलंब करना न्याय से वंचित करना है , वाक्यांश ह्यआज की तरहहृ मुगल काल की न्याय व्यवस्था पर लागू नहीं होता था क्योंकि उस समय , विदेशी यात्रियों और तत्कालीन भारतीय इतिहासकारों की साक्षी के अनुसार भी , मुकदमों का फैसला शीघ्रतापूर्वक होता था और दिए गए दंड का निर्धारण अविलंब और यदि संभव हो तो उसी समय होता र्थाआज तो दंड और डिऋई के निष्पादन में बहुत लंबा समय नहीं लगता था .
