These seceders who had received their political training and won their influence over the public in the Khilafat and the Congress movements , used the facade provided by the Loyalist group , which joined the Muslim Conference and later the Muslim League , to incite the Muslims against the Congress and break up the united front of Hindus and Muslims against the Government . इन संबंध विच्छेद करने वालों ने , जिन्हें खिलाफत और कांग्रेस आंदोलन में राजनैतिक प्रशिक्षण मिला तथा जनता पर प्रभाव स्थापित हुआ , स्वामिभक़्त समूह द्वारा दिये गये मोहरे का उपयोग किया , जो मुस्लिम कांग्रेस और बाद में मुस्लिम-लीग में कांग्रेस के विरूद्ध मुसलमानों को भड़काने और सरकार के विरूद्ध हिंदू और मुसलमानों में संयुक़्त मोर्चे को तोड़ने के लिए सम्मलित हो गया .

There were various types of courts dealing with various kinds of cases ; revenue courts settling cases arising out of complaints about rights in land ; the Qazi 's courts dealing with cases pertaining to marriage , inheritance , divorce , etc ; the secular courts headed by administrative officers dealing with non-religious and undefined offences that came before them and the caste courts and village Panchayats outside the judicial organisation . विभिन्न प्रकार के मामलों को निपटाने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के न्यायालय थे , भूमि के अधिकारों से संबंधित विवादों के लिए राजस्व न्यायालय थे , विवाह , उत्तराधिकार , विवाह विच्छेद आदि के मामलों के लिए काजियों के न्यायालय थे , धर्मेत्तर और अपरिभाषित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की अध्यक्षता वाले पंथनिरपेक्ष न्यायालय थे और न्यायिक संगठन के बाहर जाति न्यायालय तथा ग्राम पंचायतें थीं .
