According to Article 108, the President will call for a joint meeting of both the houses for a general vote. Such a meetings have so far been called only on three occasions. अनु 108 के अनुसार राष्ट्रपति इस दशा मे दोनॉ सदनॉ की संयुक्त बैठक बुला लेगा जिसमे सामान्य बहुमत से फैसला हो जायेगा अब तक मात्र तीन अवसरॉ पे इस प्रकार की बैठक बुलायी गयी है

Assent to Bills : When a Bill has been passed by both the Houses either singly or at a joint-sitting , the Bill is presented to the President for his assent . ( पांच ) विधेयकों पर राष्ट्रपति की अनुमति : जब दोनो सदनों द्वारा कोई विधेयक अलग अलग या संयुक्त बैठक में पास कर दिया जाता है तो उसे राष्ट्रपति की अनुमति के लिए उसके समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जाता है .

In case of final disagreement between the two Houses on any Bill other than a Money Bill , the President may summon a joint sitting of the two Houses to resolve the differences -LRB- articles 107-108 -RRB- . धन विधेयक को छोड़कर किसी अन्य विधेयक की दशा में यदि दोनों सदनों के बीच कोई अंतिम असहमति हो जाए तो राष्ट्रपति मतभेदों को दूर कराने के लिए दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक बुला सकता है ( अनुच्छेद 107-108 ) .

In the case of disagreement between the Houses , the Governor-General could summon a joint The two Houses were given nearly equal powers ; the difference lay in the sphere of finance . सदनों में सहमति होने की स्थिति में गवर्नर-जनरल संयुक्त बैठक बुला सकता था जिसमें बहुमत द्वारा निर्णय हो सकता था.दोनों सदनों को लगभग समान शक्तियां प्राइज़ गई थीं , परुतु वित्तीय क्षेत्र में कुछ अंतर था .

The Constitution empowers the President to summon a ' joint-sitting ' of both the Houses for the purpose of deliberation and voting on the Bill ; unless the Bill has already lapsed due to the dissolution of the Lok Sabha . संविधान के अधीन राष्ट्रपति को यह शक्ति प्राप्त है कि वह उस विधेयक पर , यदि वह विधेयक लोक सभा के विघटित हो जाने के कारण व्यपगत न हो गया हो तो , विचार करने और मतदान कराने के प्रयोजन से दोनों सदनों को संयुक्त बैठक के लिए आमंत्रित करे .

The Union Constitution Committee and the Provincial Constitution Committee decided , at a joint meeting on 5 June , that in view of the 3 June announcement , the limitations imposed by the Cabinet Mission 's plan on the form of the constitution no longer existed . संघीय संविधान समिति तथा प्रांतीय संविधान समिति ने 5 जून को एक संयुक्त बैठक में निश्चय किया कि 3 जून की घोषणा को देखते हुए संविधान के स्वरूप के बारे में कैबिनेट मिशन की योजना द्वारा थोपी गई सीमाएं समाप्त हो गई थीं .

Money Bills could be introduced only in the Lower House , but the Upper House had the power to amend or reject them in the same way as the Lower House , and the Governor-General was empowered to resolve the differences by summoning a joint sitting . धन विधेयक केवल निम्न सदन में ही पेश किए जा सकते थे , परंतु उपरि सदन को निम्न सदन के समान ही उनमें संशोधन करने या उन्हें अस्वीकार करने की शक्ति प्राप्त थी , और गवर्नर-जनरल को संयुक्त बैठक बुलाकर मतभेद दूर करने की शक्ति प्राप्त थी .

To pass this bill both house power is equall, to pass this bill it require equal majority in both house. if one house reject the bill and obstraction arises then president advise for joint sittinng of both house ministers. इस बिल को पारित करने मे दोनो सदनॉ की विधायी शक्तियाँ बराबर होती है इसे पारित करने मे सामान्य बहुमत चाहिए एक सदन द्वारा अस्वीकृत कर देने पे यदि गतिवरोध पैदा हो जाये तो राष्ट्रपति दोनो सद्नॉ की संयुक्त बैठक मंत्रि परिषद की सलाह पर बुला लेता है
