After several postponements , his trial in the Court of Sessions began on 3rd November , 1931 . कई स्थगनों के बाद सेशन अदालत में उनका मुकदमा 3 नवंबर 1931 को शुरू हुआ .

M . N . Roy had been committed by the magistrate to Sessions on 15th October , 1931 . ण्म.एन . राय को 15 अक़्तूबर 1931 को मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा सेशन अदालत के सुपुर्द किया गया था .

The trial began at 12 o ' clock before R . S . Broomfield Esquire , I.C.S . , Sessions Judge . मुकदमे का आरंभ सेशन जज , आई.सी.एस . , आर.एस . ब्रूमफील्ड एस्कॉयर के समक्ष , दोपहर 12 बजे हुआ .

While concluding his submission before the Sessions Court , Sheikh Abdullah uttered these memorable words : सेशन अदालत के सामने अपना बयान समाप्त करते हुए शेख अब्दुल्ला ने ये यादगार शब्द कहे :

He was first produced before the magistrate who committed him to stand trial before the Sessions . उन्हें पहले मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश किया गया , जिसने उन्हें सेशन अदालत के सुपुर्द कर दिया .

All the prisoners except Dr Dharamvir Singh were committed to be tried by the court of Special Sessions , Merrut . डा . धर्मवीर सिंह के अलावा सभी बंदियों को मेरठ की विशेष सेशन अदालत के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया .

Roy , during the Sessions trial , wanted to make a lengthy statement in his defence , but was not allowed to make it . सेशन मुकदमे के दौरान राय अपनी सफाई में एक लंबा बयान देना चाहते थे , लेकिन उन्हें इसकी इजाजत नहीं दी गयी .

On 27th January , 1930 the Chief Justice dismissed the application and ordered the case to proceed in the Meerut Sessions Court . 27 जनवरी 1930 को मुख़्य न्यायाधीश ने याचिका को खारिज कर यह आदेश दिया कि मुकदमा मेरठ की सेशन अदालत में ही चलाया जाये .

The trial started on 19th October , 1908 before the Additional Sessions Judge who charged the accused as follows : 19 अक्तूबर 1908 को अतिरिक्त सेशन न्यायाधीश के सम्मुख मुकदमा शुरू हुआ , जिन्होंने अभियुक्तों पर निम्नलिखित अभियोग लगाये :

Abdullah was put up for trial by the Government of Kashmir in the court of Lala Barkat Rai , Sessions Judge , Srinagar , Kashmir on 26th July , 1946 . कश्मीर की सरकार ने 26 जुलाई 1946 को शेख अब्दुल्ला को कश्मीर में श्रीनगर की अदालत में सेशन जज लाला बरकत राय के सामने पेश किया .
