Special session of Lok Sabha - It is mentioned in the artcle 352 but it was established in the 44th amendment in 1978. If a minumum of 1/10 members of the Lok Sabha makes a proposal that proposes to discontinue the national emergency then a session is called within 14 days of the notice period. लोकसभा का विशेष सत्र - अनु 352 मे इसका वर्णन है किंतु इसे 44 वें संशोधन 1978 से स्थापित किया गया है यदि लोकसभा के कम से कम 1/10 सद्स्य एक प्रस्ताव लाते है जिसमे राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल को जारी न रखने की बात कही गयी है तो नोटिस देने के 14 दिन के भीतर सत्र बुलाया जायेगा

Special session of Lokshabha (Lower house)- There is description of it in Article 352, but it was established with the 44th amendment in 1978. If at least one tenth of the members of Lokshabha brought an proposal, in which it is stated to continue National emergency, then within 14 days of notice period, the session will be called. लोकसभा का विशेष सत्र - अनु 352 मे इसका वर्णन है किंतु इसे 44 वें संशोधन 1978 से स्थापित किया गया है यदि लोकसभा के कम से कम 1/10 सद्स्य एक प्रस्ताव लाते है जिसमे राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल को जारी न रखने की बात कही गयी है तो नोटिस देने के 14 दिन के भीतर सत्र बुलाया जायेगा

Not with standing the repeal of article 31 , articles 31A -LRB- added by the 1st Amendment in 1951 and amended by the 4th , 17th and 44th Amendment -RRB- , 31B -LRB- added by the 1st Amendment in 1951 -RRB- and 31C -LRB- added by the 25th Amendment in 1971 and amended by 42nd 44th Amendments -RRB- remain part of the Fundamental Rights . अनुच्छेद 31 का निरसन होने पर भी , अनुच्छेद 31 क ( जो 1951 में प्रथम संशोधन द्वारा जोड़ा गया था और चौथे , 17वें और 44वें संशोधनों द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था ) , 31 ख ( जो 1951 में प्रथम संशोधन द्वारा जोड़ा गया था ) और 31 ग ( जो 1971 में 25वें तथा 44वें संशोधनों द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था ) अभी भी मूल अधिकारों के अंग हैं .
