The AM would now include the Command General of the Aeronautics ( with the Antiaircraft Land Defense Command attached to it ), air bases, field bases, information aviation flights, fighter aviation flights, bombardment aviation flights ( the flights could be independent or grouped ), the Aerostatics Company ( usually attached to the artillery arm ), the Practical School of the arm, the Aviation Materiel Storage, the Aerostatics Materiel Storage ( attached to the Aerostatics Company ) and a personnel mobilization depot ( attached to the Command General ).
