Appeal to the Bar Council of India Any person aggrieved by an order of the State Bar Council Disciplinary Committee can within sixty days file any appeal before Bar Council of India . अधिवकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ता ह्यवकीलहृ 155 बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया में अपील राजऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य बार काउंसिल की अनुशासन समिति के किसी आदेश से वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यथित वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यि> उस आदेश की तारीख से साठ दिन के भीतर बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया में अपील कर सकता है .

Final Appeal to Supreme Court Any person aggrieved by any order made by Bar Council of India can within sixty days file an appeal to the Supreme Court of India and the Supreme Court , after hearing both the parties , can pass such order including varying of the punishment awarded by the Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of India . उच्चतम न्यायालय में अंतिम अपील बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के किसी आदेश से व्यथित व्यक्ति उस आदेश की तारीख से साठ दिन के भीतर भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील फाइल कर सकता है.उच्चतम न्यायालय , दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद , जैसा उचित समझे , आदेश दे सकता है जिसमें बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया की अनुशासन Zसमिति द्वारा दिए गए दंड में फेरबदल करना सम्मिलित है .
