.Whenever Loksabha passes a bill speaker announces it in rajya sabha, within 14 days it can accept it or reject it. after 14 days if no reply is received it is treated as passed only जब कोई धन बिल लोकसभा पारित करती है तो स्पीकर के प्रमाणन के साथ यह बिल राज्यसभा मे ले जाया जाता है राज्यसभा इस बिल को पारित कर सकती है या 14 दिन के लिये रोक सकती है किंतु उस के बाद यह बिल दोनॉ सदनॉ द्वारा पारित माना जायेगा राज्य सभा द्वारा सुझाया कोई भी संशोधन लोक सभा की इच्छा पे निर्भर करेगा कि वो स्वीकार करे या ना करे

In the same pious spirit, the curriculum presents matters of Islamic faith as historical fact. The Kaaba, “originally built by Adam,” it announces, “was later rebuilt by Abraham and his son Ismail.” Really? That is Islamic belief, not verifiable history. In the year 610, Interaction goes on, “while Prophet Muhammad meditated in a cave ... the angel Gabriel visited him” and revealed to him God's Message“ (yes, that's Message with a capital ”M.“) The curriculum sometimes lapses into referring to ”we“ Muslims and even prompts students to ask if they should ”worship Prophet Muhammad, God, or both.” उन्हें उग्रवादी इस्लामी युद्ध का नारा “ अल्लाहू अकबर” का उद्घोष करना है। यहाँ तक कि उन्हें मुस्लिम आदतें भी अपनानी हैं ; “ परम्परागत मुस्लिम भाव भंगिमा जिसके अनुसार अपने दाहिने हाथ को धीरे धीरे दिल तक ले जाकर गम्भीरता का प्रदर्शन करना”

The protestors and Mousavi have both shown bravery but the former seem more radical than the latter. Mousavi's website announces that he does not seek confrontation with the “brothers” in Iran's security forces nor does he wish to challenge the “sacred system” instituted by Ayatollah Khomeini. Rather, the website declares, “We are confronting deviations and lies. We seek to bring reform that returns us to the pure principals of the Islamic Republic.” प्रदर्शनकारियों और मौसावी दोनों ने ही साहस का प्रदर्शन किया परंतु प्रदर्शनकारी मौसावी से कहीं अधिक क्रांतिकारी थे। मौसावी की वेबसाइट ने घोषणा की कि वह ईरान में अपने “ भाइयों” से किसी प्रकार का टकराव नहीं चाहते और न ही वह अयातोला खोमैनी द्वारा स्थापित “ पवित्र संस्था” को चुनौती देना चाहते हैं। इसके बजाय वेबसाइट ने घोषित किया, “ हम पथभ्रष्टता और असत्य से लड रहे हैं । हम सुधार लाना चाहते हैं ताकि हम सही मायनों में इस्लामी गणतंत्र के विशुद्ध सिद्धांतों की ओर लौट सकें”
