The latter comprised special courts intended for the trials of cases between parties belonging to special professions , trade guilds and castes which were to be decided according to special laws or customs applicable to those classes . अमुख्य वे विशेष न्यायालय थे जो विशेष व्यवसायों , व्यापार श्रेणियों और जातियों से संबंधित पक्षों के उन मामलों का विचारण करते थे जिनका निर्णय उन वर्गों पर लागू होने वाली विशेष विधियों अथवा रीतियों के अनुसार करना होता था .

By common sense you may think that that compassion was only for those Arabs who lived in that country then at that special particular point of time, but if you think with a sober mind you will find out that what those Arabs experience then is applicable to any human being living at any place on this earth and living in any particular point of time and further you will have the same experience those Arabs had then. सरसरी तौर पर यही लगता है कि क़ुरान उस समय के अरबों के लिए ही अवतरित किया गया था किन्तु आप जब भी किसी ऐसे स्थान पर पहुंचें जब यह लगे कि यह बात केवल एक विशेष काल तथा देश के लिए है तब वहां रूक कर विचार करें या इसे नोट करके बाद में इस पर विचार करें तो आप को हर बार लगेगा कि मनुष्य हर युग और हर भू भाग का एक है और उस पर वह बात ठीक वैसी ही लागू होती है जैसी उस समय के अरबों पर लागू होती थी।

This seems that Quran was descended especially for Arabian but whenever you reach to the place where one can feel as if this sentence is especially for special time or country, then stay for a while and think or note the things and then you think about it then you will realise that people from all decade and from every land place is same and on them same thing is applicable which was applicable to Arabian from that time. सरसरी तौर पर यही लगता है कि क़ुरान उस समय के अरबों के लिए ही अवतरित किया गया था किन्तु आप जब भी किसी ऐसे स्थान पर पहुंचें जब यह लगे कि यह बात केवल एक विशेष काल तथा देश के लिए है तब वहां रूक कर विचार करें या इसे नोट करके बाद में इस पर विचार करें तो आप को हर बार लगेगा कि मनुष्य हर युग और हर भू भाग का एक है और उस पर वह बात ठीक वैसी ही लागू होती है जैसी उस समय के अरबों पर लागू होती थी।

One can say that the phrase ' justice delayed is justice denied ' -LRB- which is the state of affairs today -RRB- was not applicable to the administration of justice in the Mughal period even from the testimony of foreign travellers and contemporary Indian historians , because in that period , cases were decided quickly and executions were . carried out without delay chronic delays in execution of sentence and decrees are found today and if possible on the spot . यह कहा जा सकता है कि न्याय में विलंब करना न्याय से वंचित करना है , वाक्यांश ह्यआज की तरहहृ मुगल काल की न्याय व्यवस्था पर लागू नहीं होता था क्योंकि उस समय , विदेशी यात्रियों और तत्कालीन भारतीय इतिहासकारों की साक्षी के अनुसार भी , मुकदमों का फैसला शीघ्रतापूर्वक होता था और दिए गए दंड का निर्धारण अविलंब और यदि संभव हो तो उसी समय होता र्थाआज तो दंड और डिऋई के निष्पादन में बहुत लंबा समय नहीं लगता था .

To ensure the independence of this office from the executive government of the day , it has been provided that the Comptroller and Auditor- General shall not be removed from his office except on grounds of proved misbehaviour or incapacity , on an address passed by each of the two Houses of Parliament by two-thirds majority of those present and voting and a majority of the total membership of each House being presented to the President in the same manner as applicable to the judges of the Supreme Court under article 124 -LRB- 4 -RRB- . प्रवर्तमान कार्यपालिका शासन से इस पद की स्वतंत्रता को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके , इसके लिए उपबंध किया गया है कि नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक को उसके पद से तभी हटाया जा सकेगा जब सिद्ध कदाचार या असमर्थता के आधार पर संसद के प्रत्येक सदन द्वारा , उस सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या के बहुमत द्वारा तथा उस सदन के उपस्थित और मत देने वाले सदस्यों के दो तिहाई बहुमत द्वारा पारित समावेदन राष्ट्रपति के समक्ष उसी रीति से प्रस्तुत किया जाए जो अनुच्छेद 124 ( 4 ) के अधीन उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों पर लागू होती है .
