Final Appeal to Supreme Court Any person aggrieved by any order made by Bar Council of India can within sixty days file an appeal to the Supreme Court of India and the Supreme Court , after hearing both the parties , can pass such order including varying of the punishment awarded by the Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of India . उच्चतम न्यायालय में अंतिम अपील बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के किसी आदेश से व्यथित व्यक्ति उस आदेश की तारीख से साठ दिन के भीतर भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील फाइल कर सकता है.उच्चतम न्यायालय , दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद , जैसा उचित समझे , आदेश दे सकता है जिसमें बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया की अनुशासन Zसमिति द्वारा दिए गए दंड में फेरबदल करना सम्मिलित है .

All State Bar Councils including Bar Council of India are required under the Act to constitute one or more Disciplinary Committees , each of which consists of three persons of whom two are elected by the Council from among its members and one is co-opted by the Council from among Advocates who possess proper qualifications and who is not a member of the Council . बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया समेत सभी राज़्य बार काउंसिलों के लिए अधिवक़्ता अधिनियम के अधीन यह आवश्यक है कि वे एक या अधिक अनुशासन समितियां गठित करें . इनमें से हर समिति में तीन सदस्य होते हैं जिनमें से दो सदस्य काउंसिल द्वारा अपने सदस्यों में से चुने जाते हैं और एक सदस्य अधिवक़्ताओं में से सहयोजित किया जाता है.इस सदस्य के पास उपयुक़्त अर्हताएं होनी चाहिए और वह बार काउंसिल का सदस्य नहीं होना चाहिए .

Rule -LRB- l -RRB- -LRB- a -RRB- of Bar Council of India Rules A senior Advocate shall not file a Vakalatnama or act in any court or Tribunal , or before any person or other authority mentioned in Section 30 of the Act . Order IV Rule 2 -LRB- b -RRB- of Supreme Court Rules 1966 states : A Senior Advocate shall not -LRB- 1 -RRB- file a Vakalatnama or act in any court . बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया , नियम 1 ह्यकहृ और उचऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-चतम नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय नियम 1966 के आदेश 4 के नियम 2 ह्यखहृ द्वारा जऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-येषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ठ अधिवकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ताओं पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध इस प्रकार हैं ः बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया का नियम 1 ह्यकहृ ः जऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-येषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ठ अधिवकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ता वकालतनामा फाइल नहीं करेगा या किसी नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय या अधिकरण या अधिनियम की धारा 30 में उल्लिखित है .
