But it happened that after walking for a long time through sand , and rocks , and snow , the little prince at last came upon a road . And all roads lead to the abodes of men . मगर एक बार कुछ ऐसा हुआ कि मरुभूमियाँ , चट्टानें और बर्फ पार करके , बहुत समय तक चलने के बाद छोटे राजकुमार ने एक रास्ता ढूँढ़ निकाला ; और रास्ते तो सारे के सारे मनुष्यों की दिशा में ही जाते हैं ।

It came upon them unawares and in their immediate reaction to it , however unthinking and misdirected it was , they showed their love of India 's freedom and their hatred of foreign domination . यह चुनौती तो उन्हें अनजाने ही कबूल करनी पड़ी और ऐसी घड़ी में उन्होंने तुरंत जो भी कार्रवाई की , वह चाहे जितनी भी गलत या नासमझी से भरी क़्यों न हो , उन्होंने अपनी इस कार्रवाई से हिंदुस्तान की आजादी के लिए ललक और साथ ही विदेशी हुकूमत के खिलाफ अपनी नफरत जाहिर कर दी .

He continued further to present the picture of anarchy to the jury : ” Well , if it is not sedition , the sooner the law is altered to reach the person who has these convictions , the better for all parties concerned and the longer will anarchy be deferred which will certainly come upon us . जूरी के सामने अराजकता की तस्वीर पेश करते हुए उन्होंने आगे कहा ” अगर कानून की नजर में यह राजद्रोह नहीं है , तो ऐसे उद्देश्य रखने वाले व्यक्ति तक पहुंचने के लिए जितनी जल्दी कानून को बदल दिया जाये , उतना ही सभी संबंधित पक्षों के लिए अच्छा होगा और हम पर निश्चित रूप से आने वाली अराजकता को , उतनी ही देर तक स्थगित किया जा सकेगा .
