Geographic differences in Saudi Arabia are more consequential. Ideas have no role in common criminality, which has purely selfish ends. But ideas, usually ones about radically changing the world, are central to terrorism. and especially to its suicidal variety. Unlike the rest of us, who generally accept life as it is, utopians insist on building a new and better order. To achieve this, they demand all powers for themselves, display a chilling contempt for human life, and harbor ambitions to spread their vision globally. Several utopian schemas exist, with fascism and communism historically the most consequential and each of them claiming tens of millions of casualties. सामान्य अपराध में विचारों का कोई महत्व नहीं है और उसके पीछे शुद्ध स्वार्थी भाव होता है, परन्तु कट्टरपंथी तरीके से विश्व व्यवस्था में परिवर्तन करने की अभिलाषा आतंकवाद के केन्द्र में होती है और विशेषकर इसकी आत्मघाती विशेषता.

The taking of this demand, known as “ The Calcutta Quran Petition ,” to court prompted riots and deaths in Bangladesh. The case so alarmed New Delhi that the attorney general of India himself took part in the proceedings to oppose the petition, which, not surprisingly, was dismissed. USIP's indirect association with Al-Muhajiroun has many pernicious consequences. Perhaps the most consequential of these is the legitimacy USIP inadvertently confers on Mr. Bokhari and CSID, permitting radicals to pass themselves off as moderates. That legitimation follows an assumption that USIP carefully vetted CSID before working with it. Food distribution now constitutes a small part of UNRWA's spending; most of it concerns education and health. But UNRWA's most consequential problem is its mission. Over 63 years, it has become an agency that perpetuates the refugee problem rather than contributing to its resolution. UNRWA does not work to settle refugees; instead, by registering each day ever more grandchildren and great-grandchildren who have never been displaced from their homes or employment, artificially adding them to the tally of “refugees,” it adds to number of refugees aggrieved against Israel.
