” Fifthly : That you , on or about the 12 months preced- ing 15th May , 1908 at various places in Bengal including 32 , Muraripukur Road , Maniktola , conspired among yourselves and with other persons to deprive His Majesty the King Em- peror of India of the sovereignty of British India or of a part thereof and thereby com- mitted an offence punishable under Section 121-A of the Indian Penal Code and within the cognisance of the Court of Sessions . कि तुमने 15 मई 1908 से एक साल पहले या उसके आसपास , 32 , मुरारीपुकर रोड , मानिक टोला समेत , बंगाल में कई स्थानों पर आपस में मिलकर और अन्य व्यक्तियों के साथ , भारत के महामहिम सम्राट को ब्रिटिश भारत या उसके एक भाग के आधिपत्य से वंचित करने का षड्यंत्र किया और इस तरह भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 121-ए के अंतर्गत और सेशन कोर्ट के विचाराधिकार के भीतर दंडनीय अपराध किया .

” Thirdly , that you on or about the 12 months preceding 15th May , 1908 at various places in Bengal including 32 , Muraripukur Road , Maniktola did by illegal omissions conceal the existence of a design to wage war against the King , intending and knowing that by such concealment you would facilitate the waging of such war and thereby committed an offence punishable under Scctic/n 123 of the Indian Penal Code and within the cognisance of the Court of Sessions . ” तीसरा , कि तुमने 15 मई 1908 से एक साल पहले या उसके आसपास , 32 , मुरारीपुकर रोड , मानिक टोला समेत , बंगाल में कई स्थानों पर सम्राट के खिलाफ युद्ध करने की योजना के अस्तित्व को जान बूझकर छिपाय था , यह जानते हुए कि इसे छिपाने से ऐसा युद्ध छेड़ने में तुम्हें आसानी होगी और इस तरह तमने भारतीय दंड संहिता का धारा 123 के अंतर्गत और सेशन कोर्ट के विचाराधिकार के भीतर दंडनीय अपराध किया .

” Fourthly : That you , on or about the 12 months preced- ing 15th May , 1908 at various places in Bengal including 32 , Muraripukur Road , Maniktola conspired among yourselves and with other persons to commit all or any of the offences under Section 121 of the Indian Penal Code , as set forth in the above three counts , and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 121- A . of the Indian Penal Code and within the cognisance of the Court of Sessions . कि तुमने 15 मई 1908 से एक साल पहले या उसके आसपास , 32 , मुरारीपुकर रोड , मानिक टोला समेत , बंगाल में कई स्थानों पर आपस में मिलकर और अन्य व्यक्तियों के साथ , भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 121 के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी या उनमें से कुछ अपराध किये , जो पहले तीन अभियोगों में बताए जा चुके हैं और इस तरह भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 121-ए के अंतर्गत और सेशन कोर्ट के विचाराधिकार के भीतर दंडनीय अपराध किये .

” That you being the editor of the paper young India on or about 29th day of September , 1921 , the 15th day of December , 1921 and the 23rd day of February , 1922 at Ahmedabad did write the words contained in the appendix to this charge and by these written words did bring or attempt to bring into hatred or contempt or did excite or did attempt to excite disaffection towards His Majesty or the government established by law in British India and thereby committed offences punishable under Section 124-A of the Indian Penal Code and within the cognisance of the Court of Sessions . ” कि तुमने ' यंग इंZडिया ' के संपादक होते हुए , 29 सितंबर 1921 , 15 दिसंबर 1921 और 23 फरवरी 1922 को अहमदाबाद में , इस अभियोग के परिशिष्ट में दिये गये शब्दों को लिखा और इन लिखित शब्दों द्वारा महामहिम सम्राट या ब्रिटिश भारत में कानूनतः स्थापित सरकार के खिलाफ घृणा और तिरस्कार की भावना जगाई या जगाने का प्रयास किया और राजद्रोह भड़काया या भड़काने का प्रयास किया.भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 124-ए के अंतर्गत और सेशन कोर्ट के न्यायाधिकार के भीतर दंडनीय अपराध किया .
