Also the High Court would not have the authority to revise any such order of sentence or to transfer any case from the Tribunal , or to make any order under Section 491 of the Code or have any jurisdiction of any kind in respect The appointment of the Tribunal , the jurisdiction conferred upon it and powers granted were contrary to all established principles of criminal justice . इतना ही नहीं , उच्च न्यायालय को ऐसे किसी आदेश या दंड पर पुनर्विचार करने या उस मुकदमे को ट्रिब्यूनल से कहीं और स्थानांतरित करने , या न्यायसंहिता की धारा 491 के अंतर्गत कोई आदेश देने या इस अध्यादेश से संबंधित कोई कार्यवाही करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं था.ऐसे ट्रिब्यूनल की नियुक़्ति , उसका अधिकार क्षेत्र और उसे दिये गये विशेषाधिकार , आपराधिक न्याय के सभी प्रतिष्ठित नियमों के विपरीत थे .
