The difference cropped up later after the sixth Comintern congress and Roy had the misfortune of , seeing all the work done by him in building up the Communist Party of India being destroyed by insane opposition to the Congress just when it was taking the shape of a mass movement against imperialism . मतभेद छठी कमिन्टर्न कांग्रेस के बाद शुरू हुआ और राय का यह दुर्भाग़्य था कि भारत में साम्यवाद पार्टी बनाने का जो भी काम उन्होनें हाथ में लिया था , वह कांग्रेस का असंगत विरोध करके उस समय नष्ट कर दिया गया जब पार्टी साम्राज़्यवाद के विरूद्व जन आंदोलन का रूप ले रही थी .
