The award of the Lok Adalat can be enforced in law as it is deemed to be a decree of a civil court or tribunal and such award is final and binding upon all parties in dispute to avoid further costs , expenses and delay . लोक अदालत के अधिनिर्णय को विधित : लागू किया जा सकता है क़्योंकि इसे सिविल न्यायालय या अधिकरण की डिक्री माना जाता है तथा आगे और खर्च एवं विलंब को बचाने के लिए इसे विवाद के सभी पक्षों के लिए अंतिम तथा बाध्यकारी माना जाता है .

10 act 312 In Independent India the government civil servants thus appointed in the areas of Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service shall be deemed to be services created by Parliament,though their services will be in the States, the State government has no control over them whatsoever. 10 अनु 312 मे अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं का प्रावधान है ये सेवक नियुक्ति प्रशिक्षण अनुशासनात्मक क्षेत्रों मे पूर्णत: केन्द्र के अधीन है जबकि ये सेवा राज्यों मे देते है राज्य सरकारों का इन पर कोई नियंत्रण नहीं है

Continuance of Citizenship rights : Article 10 provides that every person who is or is deemed to be a citizen of India under any of -the provisions in articles 5 to 10 shall continue to be a citizen of India , subject to the provisions of any law that may be made by Parliament . नागरिकता के अधिकारों का बना रहना : अनुच्छेद 10 में उपबंध किया गया है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति जो अनुच्छेद 5 से 10 में किए गए उपबंधों में से किसी के अधीन भारत का नागरिक है या समझा जाता है , ऐसी विधि के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए , जो संसद द्वारा बनाई जाए , भारत का नागरिक बना रहेगा .

Money Bills The Constitution provides an elaborate definition of a Money But a Bill shall not be deemed to be a Money Bill by reason only if it provides for the demand or the payment of fees for licence or fees for service rendered or by reason that it provides for imposition , abolition and regulation , etc . of any tax by a local authority or body for local purposes . परंतु कोई विधेयक केवल इसलिए धन विधेयक नहीं माना जाता कि वह लाइसेंस के लिए फीस का या की गई सेवा के लिए फीस की मांग या उनकी अदायगी का उपबंध करता है या इसीलिए कि वह किसी स्थानीय प्राधिकारी या निकाय द्वारा स्थानीय प्रयोजनों के लिए किसी कर के अधिरोपण , उत्सादन और विनियमन आदि का उपबंध करता है .

A person who migrated from Pakistan to India before July 19 , 1948 , shall be deemed to be a citizen of India on the commencement of the Constitution provided he or either of his parents or any of his grandparents was born in India as defined in the Government of India Act , 1935 and he had been ordinarily residing in India since the date of his migration . जो व्यक्ति 19 जुलाई , 1948 से पहले पाकिस्तान से प्रवास करके भारत में आ गया था , उसे संविधान के प्रारंभ पर भारत का नागरिक समझा जाएगा बशर्ते उसके माता-पिता में से कोई अथवा पितामह या पितामही या मातामह या मातामही में से कोई भारत शासन अधिनियम , 1935 में यथा परिभाषित भारत में जन्मा था और जो अपने प्रवास की तारिख से आम तौर पर भारत में रह रहा था .

The Tribunal is vested with the power of a civil court and it can enforce attendance of any person and examine him on oath , compel the production of documents , issue commissions for examination of witnesses , and such inquiry and investigations are deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of Sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 . अधिकरण को सिविल न्यायालय की शक्तियां दी गई हैं और वह किसी व्यक्ति को अपने समक्ष हाजिर करा सकता है , शपथ पर उसकी परीक्षा कर सकता है , दस्तावेज पेश करने के लिए विवश कर सकता है , साक्षियों की परीक्षा के लिए कमीशन जारी कर सकता है और ये जांच तथा अन्वेषण भारतीय दंड संहिता , 1860 की धारा 193 और 228 के अर्थ में न्यायिक कार्रवाइयां मानी जाती हैं .

The council of ministers is a united forum consisting of 1 2 or 3 types of ministers it meets discusses or decides a very few times whereas the council consists of only cabinet level ministers which meets at specified times and takes all important decisions such decisions are accepted and deemed to be passed by the council this is the most important decision taking forum of the country मंत्रि परिषद एक संयुक्त निकाय है जिसमॆं 12या 3 प्रकार के मंत्री होते है यह बहुत कम मिलता है चर्चा करता है या निर्णय लेता है वहीं मंत्रिमंडल मे मात्र कैबिनेट प्रकार के मंत्री होते है यह समय समय पर मिलती है तथा समस्त महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेती है इस के द्वारा स्वीकृत निर्णय अपने आप परिषद द्वारा स्वीकृत निर्णय मान लिये जाते है यही देश का सर्वाधिक मह्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेने वाला निकाय है
