Even after dissolution of Loksabha,to represent it, Speaker continues on his post.On formation of new Loksabha, he leaves his post 4. लोकसभा के विघटन होने पर भी उसका प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिये स्पीकर पद पर कार्य करता रहता है नवीन लोकसभा चुने जाने पर वह अपना पद छोड देता है

Irrespective of the dissolution of the House , the Speaker , however , continues in office until immediately before the first sitting of the new House -LRB- article 94 , proviso 2 -RRB- . लेकिन लोक सभा का विघटन हो जाने पर भी नये सदन की प्रथम बैठक के ठीक पहले तक अध्यक्ष अपने पद पर बना रहता है ( अनुच्छेद 94 , परंतुक 2 ) .

The Constitution empowers the President to summon a ' joint-sitting ' of both the Houses for the purpose of deliberation and voting on the Bill ; unless the Bill has already lapsed due to the dissolution of the Lok Sabha . संविधान के अधीन राष्ट्रपति को यह शक्ति प्राप्त है कि वह उस विधेयक पर , यदि वह विधेयक लोक सभा के विघटित हो जाने के कारण व्यपगत न हो गया हो तो , विचार करने और मतदान कराने के प्रयोजन से दोनों सदनों को संयुक्त बैठक के लिए आमंत्रित करे .
