Occasional interruptions are allowed to clear a point or seek information through the Speaker , to follow the tenor of a speech or to challenge mildly a statement , but frequent interruptions disturb the line of argument of the member speaking and introduce disorderliness in the proceedings . किसी बात को स्पष्ट करने या अध्यक्ष के माध्यम से जानकारी लेने , किसी भाषण को समझने या किसी वक्तव्य को मीठे ढंग से चुनौती देने की कभी कभी होने वाली अंतर्बाधाएं तो ठीक हैं परंतु बार बार की जाने वाली अंतर्बाधाओं से बोलने वाले सदस्य के तर्क की शृंखला टूट जाती है और उनसे कार्यवाही में अव्यवस्था आ जाती है .

Unless the majority are wise and prudent enough to give adequate attention to the real or imaginary grievances of the minorities and make a sincere effort to satisfy them , the dissatisfaction of the minorities , which appears to be an insignificant rift in the lute , may some day disturb the whole harmony of national life . जब तक बहुसंख़्क , समाज के अल्पसंख़्यकों की वास्तविक या संभावित कठिनाइयों की ओर बुद्धिमत्ता से ध्यान नही देंगे और उन्हें संतुष्ट करने के लिए ईमानदारी से प्रयत्न नहीं करेगे , अल्पसंख़्यकों को असंतोष , जो वीणा में एक साधारण खिचांव मात्र प्रतीत होता है , किसी दिन राष्ट्रीय जीवन में संपूर्ण पारस्परिक सदभावना के वातावरण को नष्ट कर देगा .
