Further , the language is divided into a neglected vernacular one , only in use among the common people , and classical one only in use among the upper and educated classes , which is much cultivated , and subject to the rules of grammatical inflection and etymology , and to all the niceties of grammar and rhetoric . इसके अतिर्Lक्त यह भाषा दो भागों में विभक़्त है-एक तो उपेक्षिता अशिष्ट भाषा जो केवल आम लोगों में बोली जाती है और दूसरी शास्त्रीय भाषा जिसका उच्च वर्ग और शिक्षित जनों में प्रयोग होता है.यह बहुत परिष्कृत भाषा है और व्याकरणिक रूप-रचना तथा व्युत्पत्ति-संबंधी नियमों में बंधी हुई है .

To combine these more or less heterogeneous elements into a united front against the British Government , the Congress required a leader who could understand the needs of the masses as well as of the educated classes , who could appreciate the value of economic as well as religious and moral forces and who could sympathise with the legitimate aspirations of the Muslims as deeply as with those of the Hindus . ब्रिटिश सरकार के विरूद्ध एक संयूक़्त मोर्चे के रूप में इन समान तत्वों को संगठित करने के लिए कांग्रेस को एक नेता की आवश्यकता थी , जो आम जनता तथा शिक्षित वर्ग के लोगों की जरूरतों को समझ सके,Z जिका आर्थिक़ तथा धार्मिक औरा नैतिक शक़्तियों के मूल्यों के प्रति रूझान हो और जो मुसलमानों की न्याय संगत महत्वाकांक्षाओं के Zप्रति उतनी ही गहरी सहानुभूति रख सके , जितनी हिंदूओं के प्रति हो .
