As far as primary education was concerned , the Government had so little interest in it that its administration was transferred to the Municipal and District Board , the Education Department of the Government only prescribing the syllabus of studies and occasionally sending its officers for inspection . जहां तक प्राथमिक शिक्षा का संबध है , सरकार का उसकी ओर इतना कम ध्यान था कि उसका प्रशासन म्यूनिसिपल तथा डिस्ट्रिक़्ट बोर्डो को हस्तांरित कर दिया गया.सरकार का शिक्षा विभाग केवल अध्ययन का पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारित करता था तथा कभी कभी जांच के लिए अधिकारियों को भेजता था .

Although professors teaching Middle East-related courses are the most responsible for this degeneration on campus, others, too, are complicit. By indulging the Middle East specialists' radicalism and efforts at indoctrination, alumni, administrators, parents, other faculty, Education Department officials and state legislators effectively condone those activities. यद्यपि जो प्रोफेसर मध्य पूर्व के पाठ्यक्रम पढाते हैं वे कैम्पस में ऐसी स्थिति के लिये उत्तरदायी हैं परंतु अन्य लोग भी इस ओर से आँखें मूँदे हैं। मध्य पूर्व के विशेषज्ञों द्वारा इस प्रकार कट्टरपंथ बढाने के प्रयास का विरोध छात्रों, प्रशासकों, अभिभावकों, अन्य विभागों, शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों तथा राज्य के विधायकों को भी करना चाहिये।

The Education ministry is main planner for education in Nepal and apart from this Education department, five regional education directorates, seventy five district education offices, Examination control office are Sanothimi, Higher secondary education council, curriculum development council, and various universities examination control boards are engaged in development and controlling of education in Nepal. नेपालकी शिक्षा का सबसे मुख्य योजनाकार शिक्षामन्त्रालय है उसके अलावा शिक्षा विभाग पाँच क्षेत्रीय शिक्षा निदेशालय पचहतर जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालय सानोठिमी उच्चमाध्यामिक शिक्षा परिषद्पाठ्यक्रम विकास केन्द्र विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालय नेपालकी शिक्षाका विकास विस्तार तथा नियन्त्रणके क्षेत्र में कार्यरत हैं ।

Apart from that education department, five regional education directorates, seventy-five district education offices, Examination Control Office Sanothimi, Higher Secondary Education Council, Syllabus Development Center, Examination Control Offices of different Universities are involved in the development, expansion and control of Education in Nepal. नेपालकी शिक्षा का सबसे मुख्य योजनाकार शिक्षामन्त्रालय है उसके अलावा शिक्षा विभाग पाँच क्षेत्रीय शिक्षा निदेशालय पचहतर जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालय सानोठिमी उच्चमाध्यामिक शिक्षा परिषद्पाठ्यक्रम विकास केन्द्र विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालय नेपालकी शिक्षाका विकास विस्तार तथा नियन्त्रणके क्षेत्र में कार्यरत हैं ।
