Jurgen Schrempp, chairman of Daimler-Benz AG, Europe's largest industrial corporation, said his company is working on technology to revolutionize transportation, including fast trains that ride on air, airplanes that use only half as much fuel as current planes, and clean cars that use exotic fuel cells instead of internal combustion engines.
