Charter of Fundamental Rights One of the most fundamental demands of the leaders of our national struggle for independence was that of the people having some basic human rights of freedom , equality etc . मूल अधिकारों का घोषणा-पत्र हमारे राष्ट्रीय स्वाधीनता संग्राम के नेताओं की सबसे बड़ी बुनियादी मांग यह थी कि लोगों को स्वतंत्रता , समानता आदि के कुछ मूलभूत मानव अधिकार मिलें .
