Bush and Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, hand in hand. दर्शन के लिए बहुत कुछ परन्तु इसके क्रियान्वयन के सम्बन्ध में क्या ? उनके प्रथम काल के अवसर पर मुझे लगा कि अरब - इजरायल को छोड़कर अन्य नीतियों के सम्बन्ध में बुश की सफलता की सम्भावनाएं हैं। परन्तु आज ऐसा नहीं है और अब मुझे चारों क्षेत्रों में ही असफलता दिखाई दे रही है।
