Simultaneously , efforts will have to be made for restructuring the industry with a view to facilitating the emergence of viable scales of production , cost reduction and harmonious and optimum growth of large , medium and small manufacturers . साथ-साथ , उत्पादन में विभिन्नता लाने , विशेषता लाने , बड़े , मध्यम तथा छोटे निर्माताओं के सामंजस्य पूर्ण तथा अधिकतम विकास करने की दृष्टि से , इस उद्योग में संरचनात्मक परिवर्तन लाने के प्रयत्न करने होंगे .
