Our Constitution not only guarantees certain fundamental rights but under article 32 it also guarantees the right to move the highest court in the land directly by appropriate proceedings for the enforcement of the fundamental rights . हमारा संविधान न केवल कतिपय मूल अधिकारों की गारंटी देता है बल्कि अनुच्छेद 32 के अधीन , यह मूल अधिकारों को लागू कराने के लिए समुचित कार्यवाही द्वारा देश के उच्चतम न्यायालय का द्वार खटखटाने के अधिकार की गारंटी भी देता है .

There are four different kinds of Court Martial known to military law : i General Court Martial The General Court Martial is the highest Court Martial and may be convened by the central government or the Chief of the Army Staff by way of warrant of the Chief of the Army Staff . सैनिक विधि में चार भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार के सेना न्यायालय हैं : सामान्य सेना न्यायालय जिला सेना न्यायालय संक्षिप्त सामान्य सेना न्यायालय संक्षिप्त सेना न्यायालय सामान्य सेना न्यायालय सर्वोच्च सेना न्यायालय है और इसे थलसेनाध्यक्ष के अधिपत्र द्वारा केंद्र सरकार या थलसेनाध्यक्ष द्वारा बुलाया जा सकता है .

Judicial Review : Judicial review as it has evolved in the United States means the power of the highest court of the land to finally pronounce upon the legality or otherwise of a legislative act in so far as it conforms , or does nor conform , to the provisions of the fundamental law , i.e . the Constitution of the land . न्यायिक पुनर्विलोकन 1 : न्यायिक पुनर्विलोकन का विकास जिस रूप में अमरीका में हुआ है , उसके अंतर्गत देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को अधिकार है कि वह इस बारे में विधायी कार्य की वैधता या अवैधता के संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय सुना सकता है कि वह कहां तक मूल विधि यानी देश के संविधान के उपबंधों के अनुरूप है या नहीं है .
