A Ministerial Cabinet was formed under the leadership of “”Manikya Lal Verma“” for which the King of Udaipur “”Maharana Bhoopal Singh“” was enthrone as “”Head of State“” (Rajpramukh) and the King of Kota “”Maharana Bhim Singh“” was “”Senior Deputy Head of the State“”(Varishtha UpRajpramukh). माणिक्य लाल वर्मा के नेतृत्व में बने इसके मंत्रिमंडल में उदयपुर के महाराणा भूपाल सिंह को राजप्रमुख बनाया गया कोटा के महाराव भीमसिंह को वरिष्ठ उपराजप्रमुख बनाया गया।

Down below , Defence Minister George Fernandes , his scientific adviser and director-general , Aeronautical Development Agency -LRB- ADA -RRB- , Vasudeva Aatre and LCA Programme Director Kota Harinarayana , along with a galaxy of scientists and engineers involved in the project watched its progress anxiously . नीचे जमीन पर रक्षा मंत्री जॉर्ज फर्नांड़ीस , उनके वैज्ञानिक सलहकार और वैमानिकी विकास एजेंसी ( एड़ीए ) के प्रमुख वासुदेव अत्रे तथा एलसीए के कार्यक्रम निदेशक कोटा हरिनारायण समेत इस परियोजना में शामिल कई वैज्ञानिक और इंजीनियर बड़ी उत्तओजना से एलसीए को उड़न भरते देख रहे थे .
