According to article 252 , two or more State Legislatures by passing a resolution may ask Parliament to make laws on any matter in the State List . अनुच्छेद 252 के अनुसार दो या दो अधिक राज्यों के विधानमंडल एक संकल्प पारित करके संसद से अनुरोध कर सकते हैं कि वह राज्य सूची के किसी विषय के बारे में विधियां बनाए .

It was of the opinion that the Legislatures and the Judiciary would develop their own conventions in the light of the opinion given by the Supreme Court and the judgement pronounced by the Allahabad High Court . उसका मत था कि उच्चतम न्यायालय के मत तथा इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय को ध्यान में रखते हुए विधानमंडल तथा न्यायपालिका अपनी निजी परिपाटियां बनाएंगी .

A resolution calling upon the Congress Working Committee to frame a constitution for India in consultation with the elected members of the Central and Provincial Legislatures and leaders of political parties . उसमें कांग्रेस कार्यकारिणी समिति से केंद्रीय तथा प्रांतीय विधानमंडलों के निर्वाचित सदस्यों तथा राजनीति दलों के नेताओं के परामर्श से भारत के लिए एक संविधान का निर्माण करने का आह्वान किया गया था .

Some State Legislatures have already made arrangements to access some PARLIS data through linkage of their computer NECS-1000 of NIC through NICNET -LRB- National Informatics Centre Network -RRB- . कुछ राज्य विधानमंडलों ने अपने कंप्यूटर एन . ई . सी . एस-1000 को मेरानल इन्फार्मेटिक्स सेंटर नेटवर्क के माध्यम से जोड़कर संसद पुस्तकालय सूचना प्रणाली की कुछ आधार-सामग्री को प्राप्त करने की पहले से व्यवस्था कर ली है .

Contingency Fund : To meet contingent situations where-under some expenditure may be required to be incurred emergently , article 267 authorises Parliament and Slate Legislatures to form their contingency funds . 4 : ऐसी आकस्मिक परिस्थितियों का सामना करने के लिए जिनके अधीन अकस्मात कुछ व्यय करना जरूरी हो जाए , अनुच्छेद 267 संसद तथा राज्यों के विधानमंडलों को अपनी अपनी ' आकस्मिक निधियां ' स्थापित करने का प्राधिकार देता है .

If two or more State Legislatures consider it desirable that any of the matters within their exclusive legislative competence should be regulated by parliamentary legislation and pass resolutions to that effect , the Parliament can undertake the necessary legislation . यदि दो या दो से अधिक राज़्य विधानमंडल ऐसा वांछनीय समझते हैं कि उनके अधिकार क्षेत्र वाले किसी विषय का विनियमन संसद के विधान द्वारा होना चाहिए और इस आशय का संकल्प पास करते हैं तो , संसद आवश्यक विधान बना सकती है .

While in their own respective spheres as allotted by the Constitution , the Parliament as well as the State Legislatures enjoy complete autonomy , the scheme of distribution of powers emphasises the general predominance of the Parliament in the legislative field . यद्यपि संविधान द्धारा आवंटित अपने अपने क्षेत्रों में , संसद और राज़्य विधानमंडलों को पूर्ण स्वायतता प्राप्त है , तथापि शक्तियों के वितरण की योजना में विधायी क्षेत्र में संसद के सामान्य प्रभुत्व पर बल दिया गया है .

Seminars/Symposia Seminars and symposia are held in New Delhi under the auspices of the Indian Parliamentary Group and Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training on subjects of contemporaneous importance in which members of Parliament and State Legislatures participate . विचार-गोष्ठियां/संगोष्ठियां : विचार गोष्ठियां और संगोष्ठियां नयी दिल्ली में भारतीय संसदीय ग्रुप के और संसदीय अध्ययन तथा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के तत्वावधान में समकालीन महत्व के विषयों पर होती हैं जिनमें संसद के और राज्य विधानमंडलों के सदस्य भाग लेते हैं .
