And , lastly , it is significant that none of the provisions of the Constitution is unamendable in as much as Parliament can in any way amend , alter or repeal any provision of the Constitution and such amendments cannot be questioned in any court of law on any ground what so ever unless they tend to alter or violate what may be considered as the basic features of the Constitution . और अंतिम यह है , और यह महत्वपूर्ण है , कि संविधान में ऐसा कोई उपबंध नहीं है जिसका संशोधन नहीं किया जा सकता क्योंकि संसद हर प्रकार से संविधान के किसी भी उपबंध का परिवर्धन , परिवर्तन या निरसन कर सकती है और ऐसे संशोधनों पर किसी भी न्यायालय में किसी भी आधार पर आपत्ति नहीं उठाई जा सकती , जब तक कि उनका उद्देश्य ऐसा परिवर्तन अथवा उल्लंघन न हो जिसे संविधान के मूलाधारों का उल्लंघन समझा जाए .

Judicial Review and Appeal Revision Under the above mentioned Acts , any person subject to the said Act and who is governed by any order passed by any Court Martial , can present a petition to the officer or authority empowered to confirm any finding or sentence of such Court Martial and the confirming authority can take such steps as may be considered necessary to satisfy itself about the correctness , legality or propriety of the order passed or the regularity of any proceeding to which the order relates and the punishment is awarded . न्यायिक समीक्षा और अपील पुनरीक्षण उपर्युक़्त अधिनियमों के अधीन , किसी अधिनियम के अध्यधीन कोई व्यक्ति जो किसी सेना न्यायालय द्वारा पारित किसी आदेश द्वारा शासित है , उस सेना न्यायालय के निष्कर्ष या उसके द्वारा दिए गए दंड की पुष्टि करने की शक्ति से संपन्न अधिकारी या प्राधिकारी को याचिका प्रस्तुत कर सकता है और पुष्टिकर्ता प्राधिकारी सेना न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश की यथार्थता , वैधता अथवा उपयुक़्तता या उस आदेश से संबंधित किसी कार्रवाई और दिए गए दंड की नियमितता के विषय में स्वयं को संतुष्ट करने के लिए जो भी कदम उठाना आवश्यक समझे , उठा सकता
