The judgements of the provincial criminal courts were appealable to the Sudder Nizamat Adawlut established at Murshidabad and presided over by an officer appointed by the Nawab . प्रांतीय दांडिक न्यायालय के निर्णयों की अपील मुर्शिदाबाद में स्थापित सदर निजामत अदालत में की जा सकती थी जिसकी अध्यक्षता नवाब द्वारा नियुक्त अधिकारी करता था .

And his biographers , with the wisdom of hind-sight , have suggested that he should not have let loyalty to the Nawab come in the way of attending the Congress session . और उनकी जीवनी लिखने वालों ने घटना के बाद आनेवाज बुद्धि का प्रयोग कर सुझाव दिया कि उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें नवाब के प्रति अपनी वफादारी को कांगेस अधिवेशन में भाग लेने के आडऋए नहीं आने देना चाहिए था .

The rajah is usually tawny or chestnut-brown , with markings and the nawab is black above , with a broad pale band or yellow or yellowish-green . राजा का रंग सामानऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यतया पिंगल या चेसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-टनर्टभूरा होता है और उस पर चिह्न बने होते हैं.नवाब का रंग ऊपर की ओर से काला होता है और एक फीके या पीले या पीतार्भहरे रंग की चऋडऋई पट्टी होती है .

The Nizamat or criminal jurisdiction continued to remain with the Nawab at Murshidabad while the Company was to collect the revenue , maintain the army , and be responsible for the administration of civil justice . निजामत अर्थात दांडिक अधिकारिता मुर्शिदाबाद के नवाब के ही हाथ में रही जबकि कंपनी को राजस्व एकत्र करने , सेना का रख-रखाव करने और सिविल न्याय प्रदान करने का उत्तरदायित्व सौंपा गया .

The authority of the Nawab Nazim was abolished , and his powers transferred to the Governor-General in Coun-cil who formed the Sudder Nizamat Adawlut , the high-est of the Provincial Criminal Courts . नवाब नाजिम का प्राधिकार समाप्त कर दिया गया और उसकी शक्तियां सपरिषद गवर्नर जनरल को अंतरित कर दी गई जो उच्चतम प्रांतीय दांडिक न्यायालय अर्थात सदर निजामत अदालत के रूप में कार्य करते थे .

It was a stroke of bad luck that just before the Congress session , Badruddin received a cry for help from the Nawab of Cambay , who was in danger of losing his gaddi , and needed legal help . यह दुर्भागऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य था कि कांग्रेस अधिवेशन से बिलऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-कुल पूर्व बदरूद्दीन पर कैंबे के नवाब की सहायता की पुकार पहुंची , जो अपनी गद्दी के छिनने के खतरे का सामना कर रहे थे और कानूनी सहायत चाहते थे .
