The AnyKey keyboard is easily distinguished from other generic keyboards by an extra double column of arrow key pad as opposed to the traditional inverted T, and a quartet of extra keys directly above the numeric pad that control the programmable aspects of the keyboard.

Since most modern desktop computers have a full-size keyboard with both a numeric pad and separate arrow keys, Num Lock is rarely used ( always on ) for its original purpose, and ends up confusing the user if it has for some reason been turned off without the user being aware of this.
